2011 年以来到了尾声

自从有了FACEBOOK， TWITTER，等帮我们记载着人生的点点滴和喜怒哀乐

让我们可以笑看当时的酸甜苦辣。。。

Major events of my 2011:

1. Graduated with bachelor in business management

2. Resigned from JLA

3. Graduation trip to Taiwan in June 2011

4. Employed by Marina Bay Sands in Casino Marketing Department

5. RMIT Convocation in Aug 2011

6. 外婆passed away

On a happy note, I am glad to make some new friends in my current job

and also able to undergo the test to be part of the working society

though i missed school except for exam, projects and assignments

Things for me to look forward to:

1. my stay at MBS hotel

2. First time unable to spend CNY with family *tho is not sth to be happy abt*

3. HongKong Trip with my girls

is a long weekend for most to indulge in the festive season

however for mine and most of my maternal side relative

we have dedicate this few days to accompany my grandma

to keep her company for her last journey

she led the simplest life in a small village in Malaysia, Kahang

growing organic vegetables and rearing chicken

she behaved the same way as mummy; hate us to gamble

could remember vividly, during CNY she chased us around the house to stop us from playing cards

also she will prepare breakfast for us during our visit there

but we always never eat and rather head out to our favorite prata shop

and before we left her place she will stuff the veggie/durian into our car

she is one of the kindest person ever, so may be accompanied by lots of angels in heaven

Basically Jaslyn one of CMKT trainer is transferring to other department

hence we have organised a farewell dinner for her

she is real nice trainer with great patient.

hope she will enjoy better in her new department and all the best for her future endeavor !

its really tough for everyone to meet as we all have different working hour

but is real sweet for everyone to make the effort to come down

wish that we can maintain this friendship :)

update about my work

i am marching toward the third month of my work !

time really flies, everything just happen so naturally without me having the time to realise

on a sad note, there is a drastic change to my department organisation chart

as some nice people will be leaving to pursue a better future

really happy for them as they are the capable ones

but i am afraid of changes so trying to adjust myself to accept it

on the other hand, i have made a couple of new friends :D

i was working on the day so had a belated birthday lunch with her and sis the following day

brought her to try korean food at kko kko nara @ tanjong pagar

it was the second time that i dine there

pretty alright but not fantastic, hope mum likes it tho

life hasn't been so enjoyable after graduation.

The fact that you have to send out tons of resume and wait aimlessly is not fun !

Some people may see your resume and yet never get back to you as you are not shortlisted for interview. On the other hand, they may call you down for interview and start offering you pay and employment contract but other offers start rolling in at the same time !

Catch in between choices isn't fun also !

Cause what lies in front of us is uncertainly and especially when we are in the transition period we face the fear and anxiety to make wrong decision.

I think I have made mine, have you ?

All the best to all my friends who haven't found a job/ on the verge for career switch/ going to graduate !

Short description:

After two night at tainan, we booked a private mini bus to 浦里, is about 4 hours ride there and during the journey we played poker cards to kill time.
Stop over at Puli Brewery Factory before the journey up the hill.
Check-in at Vienna Pleasance Cottage (a pretty cottage with friendly people) and head to a nearby Hot Spring.
Had our dinner at the Mist Plaza which is 5-10 min walk up the hill.
Had a nice chat with Lester, Arnold and Joanna through the night while i fall in love with 关东煮. Something interesting, the sun rises so early in PuLi (about 5-6am the sun is super bright !)
So despite sleeping late, we are forced to wake up !
However, welcoming us is the awesome scenery and yummilicious breakfast ! Head to 清静农场 ... *to be continued*

Finally grab hold of some of the Taiwan Pictures from Joanna's Camera

i am super lazy to write up post of what happened in our 9 days adventure to Taiwan

yet i feel the need to do so, since i still have memories of it

i will do so when i fee like it !

but now a sneak preview of some of the pictures

Short description of Day 1 & Day 2:

We touched down at TaoYuan International Airport at about 1215PM on 31st May 2011.

XiaoShen came to help us apply for sim card to ease our communication during the 9 days

before we actually head to High Speed Railway Station to travel down to Tainan.

Check-in at Tainan Cambridge Hotel and Our day 1 adventure @ Tainan begun

Day 2 - Got our train ticket to 高雄

must go shopping destination is 新倔江

if you are a theme park lover do visit the EDA Theme Park

we went on separate way

the 4 warriors who had crazy fun at EDA theme Park

while the other 5 (including me) went to Dream Mall

taiwan is really a paradise for shopping and food

their service is amazing especially the rural area like tainan

if you ever go taiwan best shopping location i will recommend will be:

师大夜市，士林夜市，同化街，新倔江，淡水 (near the CPC petrol station)

its been awhile since i shop till my heart content

but do try to bargain cause most of the time

they are really nice to lower the price for you

my itchy hand is finally satisfied and a huge hole burnt at my pocket !

time to look for a JOB ! !

i quitted my job at Prudential as a personal assistant

thinking to have a change of environment so i made

this decision without finding another job

so now i'm officially unemployed

will start my job hunting once i get back !

it was held at Swissotel Merchant Court

the theme was Le Glamourous

not very fantastic but the company was great

first chillax session after slogging and mugging for our last sem

after party was drinking at Cafe Iguana and one of the pub at boat quay

Judy, Joanne, Joanna, Dewi, Me and Mabel

the fact that all of us going to graduate soon is really complicated

happy and excited to march on to the next phase in life

but things await before us is unknown

really scare to make a wrong mistake

nonetheless, I sincerely hope that all of us can graduate together !

in a week time i am heading to taiwan !!!!

a quiet and simple birthday this year
and i am contented

last day of 2010

i manage to start the day with my colleagues as we continue our after party back to office
everyone was so so steady and kind that we left timbre
in order for those Q-ing to get a seat in
just ended my gathering with them
really thankful to get to know them
they are amazingly nice people

anyway in a flash 2010 is coming to an end
looking back the year fly off too fast
proudly to say i survive 3 sem of school which mean i left with 1 more sem *hopefully*
also made a few decision myself
some i have yet to conclude if i make a correct one or not
but if i never try; i will never know
and probably i just need some to give me their support silently

2010 have been a fruitful year for me
starting off with my 21st birthday party
subsequently attended several 21st as well
very happy to be able to grow old and see each of my friend grow through different stages
but of course meaning all the present burnt a big hole at my pocket
is all worthwhile
donated a few of my first time too - first visit to night safari, yacht outing, KL & Genting trip, first casino visit, worked for TFWA, RMIT Bash, Universal Studio, get my msia license, get my iphone, wonderful xmas lunch etc ...

not to forget meeting numerous AWESOME new people as well:
my colleagues - ada, huiyi, sara, sajeev, vincent, daniel
they added tons of colour to my life
not forgetting marvelous boss like jialong and senior nadya
also the 4 interns who joined us for a month

and my uni peeps - lester, zhiqiang, dewi, joanne, arnold, paul, joshua, emily, etc
they are awesome as well
never imagine myself knowing so many friends in SIM
if you know the curriculum in SIM
you will understand how hard it is to make friends around
so really thankful to know them

gathering is a part that will never be missed out
amazingly i had a primary school gathering; really nice to see familiar faces
of course outing with the usual yet different clique is a must have !
esp the msia, sec clique and my girls...

grateful and appreciate of all the sweet moment i have in 2010
may 2011 be a marvelous year for all !

thanks to Joanna who won the free tickets to USS
and she brought us along :D
the below is just a super small part all the pictures taken
to sum up the trip is awesome, especially keep taking pictures
acting like a tourists and a short getaway
but to be frank as spore's land is pretty limited
the fun u would expect over at uss is limited as well

had a really long day today

mabel actually knock some sense into me during our usual conversation
while on our way home
people spend like 8 hours in office and some even sign up for part time programme
meaning they have to attend classes after their work
while us as a full time student in rmit
only spend 3 hrs attending class per day
Hence it concludes that the rest of the 21hrs other than sleeping
i am basically rotting and wasting my time away
so that knocked some sense to me
which motivate me go to work this morning

though is a pretty long day for me since i start my day at 830AM
after work i went to school and continue my duty as a student
till 930pm as we had project discussion
a really long day, of course i do feel lethargic at some moment
but i feel my time is well-spent

time management is important

a surprise belated birthday celebration for Nadya
i must say my colleagues are really awesome in planning surprise celebration
we dine at Fremantle Seafood Market @ Clarke Quay
they serve super fresh seafood
so if you are a fan of seafood , try there !
but is kinda expensive tho...
all i have to say is great food must be shared with great people to make the meal perfect !
and thereafter we went to pump room to chill
its been really long since i drink
but i bet everyone of us had fun =)

actually the question "What are you going to do when you graduate?"
has been bugging me for thousand of times
i believe this is the toughest question to answer at this moment
i know it is good to have a direction in mind as to where you are heading to
however it can be confusing .....
*i am not sure whether you guys are facing the same issue as me*

a good friend of mine encourages me to start my own business
i wish to..... *who would wan to slog their life for the profit of others?*
however careful analysis have to be made and process

anyway as you all know it is always good to start planning at a younger age
because the percentage of the risk
you can undertake decrease with accordance to your age
100% - your age = % of risk you can manage

for example: 100% - 21 year old = 79%
while 100% - 35 year old = 65%
reason being as you grow older; more responsibilities you have to undertake
(support you own family, pay for car & house, etc)
hence strive when you are young

hope i can find the direction i wan in life soon.....
